Fling creator terms
United States creators, version US-3
This agreement is between Fling LLC ("Fling") and the creator named on this application ("you"). It takes effect when you sign it after submitting this application.
1. The work. For each brief, you film the videos it specifies (the first brief is 6 videos: 2 bodies x 3 hooks, about 35 seconds, 45 seconds max). You deliver raw footage only; Fling does all editing. You film on camera, in your own voice, in a real setting, and follow the Fling Creator Handbook in Discord.
2. Pay. You earn 15% of the ad spend Fling puts behind ads made from your videos, as tracked and paid through Trybe, for 12 months from the date each video first runs. Fling decides whether, where, and how much to spend; there is no guaranteed minimum.
3. Rights. You give Fling a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, and run your videos, including your name, voice, and likeness as they appear in them, in ads and on Fling's own channels. Fling will only use your likeness to promote Fling products. On request, you will authorize Fling to run your videos as partnership or Spark ads from your Instagram or TikTok handle, and keep that authorization active while this agreement runs and for 12 months after.
4. Rules. No disease claims, no comparisons to drugs, no weight or lab numbers, no doctor endorsements, no invented experiences. If you are unsure a line is allowed, ask before filming. No music, footage, or other people in your videos without the rights to them, and no one under 18.
5. Exclusivity. You will not supply these videos or outtakes to another supplement brand. Otherwise you are free to work with anyone.
6. Confidentiality. Scripts, briefs, performance data, and unreleased products stay private.
7. Contractor status. You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes. You will provide a W-9 if Fling or Trybe asks for one.
8. Ending it. Either side can end this agreement anytime by Discord or email. Fling can stop running any video anytime. The rights in Section 3 and pay already earned under Section 2 survive.
9. Eligibility and law. You confirm you are 18 or older and live in the United States. California law governs.
Canada creators, version CA-4
This agreement is between Fling LLC ("Fling") and the creator named on this application ("you"). It takes effect when you sign it after submitting this application.

2. Pay. You earn 15% of the ad spend Fling puts behind ads made from your videos, as tracked and paid through Trybe, for as long as Fling's rights to each video last under Section 3. Fling decides whether, where, and how much to spend; there is no guaranteed minimum.
3. Rights. For 12 months from the date a video first runs, you give Fling a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, and run that video, including your name, voice, and likeness as they appear in it, in ads and on Fling's own channels, only to promote Fling products. Before that period ends, Fling may offer to renew it for a further 12 months on the same terms, and you may accept or decline. If Fling has not run a video within 6 months of delivery, Fling's rights to that video end. On request, you will authorize Fling to run your videos as partnership or Spark ads from your Instagram or TikTok handle for as long as Fling's rights to those videos last. Once Fling has run a video, you may show the finished video in your portfolio and on your own channels as a work sample, provided you add no health claims and do not present it alongside another supplement brand.
